Guide engineers in understanding and applying Model Based System Engineering (MBSE), and Requirement Management concepts to engineering workflows.
Deliver training sessions on system architecture modeling, emphasizing model-based systems engineering concepts.
Provide mentorship to teams on implementing advanced systems engineering frameworks.
Create training materials, case studies, and best practices to drive knowledge transfer and process improvements.
Conduct workshops on requirement management principles and tools.
Collaborate on other projects with JD Edwards developers, contractors, and vendor consultants
Collaborate with teams to execute system-level design projects and develop innovative solutions.
Gather, understand, and document user requirements, creating specifications, designing solutions, developing, testing, and implementing solutions that ensure requirements are achieved through high-quality deliverables
Requirements
Masters or PhD in Systems Engineering, Mechanical, Aerospace, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of industry experience in systems engineering or related discipline.
Good to have: At least 2 years of experience in delivering training on systems design, MBSE, or requirement management.
Proficiency in SysML for system architecture and modeling.
Familiarity with MBSE frameworks and tools (e.g., Ansys SCADE Suite, Cameo, Enterprise Architect, or similar).
Experience with requirement management tools (e.g., IBM DOORS, Jama, or similar).
Knowledge of Aerospace & Defense standards compliance is desirable.
Good to Have: Hands-on experience with ANSYS tools such as System Architecture Modeler, ModelCenter, or others in systems modeling.
